Shipping and returns

Delivery in Lithuania

In Lithuania, we offer free shipping via DPD courier service. The paintings are packed in foam packaging to ensure their safety during transportation. The order will be shipped within 1-4 business days after receiving payment. A tracking number will be provided after the shipment is sent, so you can easily track your order.

Since the packaging used for shipping via courier is non-eco-friendly foam, we encourage customers to pick up the painting in person. If you are able to pick up the painting from our studio in Kaunas, Raudondvario pl. street, we will reduce the price of the painting by 20 EUR. In this case, please contact us via email at info@evamili.lt before purchasing.

International Shipping

Paintings are shipped abroad via international courier services (DHL, FedEx, and others) free of charge. The paintings are packed in a wooden box. This box is custom-made by a carpenter according to the dimensions of the ordered paintings, so it will take 1-2 weeks to manufacture the box, and only then will we ship the order. The actual delivery time takes from 1 to 3 weeks, depending on the destination.
All international shipments are insured.
A tracking number will be provided after the shipment is sent, so you can easily track your order.

Taxes

We ship paintings from Lithuania, an European Union member state. When ordering paintings to a non-European Union country, taxes (customs duties, VAT, etc.) may apply. All taxes related to the receipt of the paintings must be paid by the buyer.

Returns

If the paintings are not suitable for you, you can return them within 14 days of receiving them. They must be packed in the original packaging and undamaged. The buyer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs and insurance.
